A list of the most common questions and answers are below.

Visit our digital store and add the package or books you want to subscribe to, to the cart.

You’ll need to Register an account first, then you can login and checkout your cart.

Once you have completed your purchase, your books will be available to view in My Library.

Yes, if you email your request to support@tere.org, we will send you an invoice by return. Once you have paid, we will set up your account and add your items.

Your subscription lasts for 12 months from the date of purchase.

At that point, you would need to subscribe again in order to access the books for another 12 months.

Every subscription has 60 user licences by default, so 60 students can have their own individual access to the books.

If you require more, simply contact our support team to request more licences.

Once you have made your purchase, you will be contacted by our support team who will send you a Voucher code. The students will need to register and add the code in the Gift Code / Voucher field when they setup their account.

When they login, they will see only the Pupil’s/Student’s version of the books you have purchased.

Your username will be the email address used upon setting up your account.

If you’ve forgotten the password you setup upon registration, you can reset it here.
